My Story

Gevorg Badalian:     I was born in Ijevan on January 24, 2009. My eyes and hair are brown. I am a freshman in college. My favorite subjects are Physical Education, Russian, English, and the Armenian language. I am completely healthy. I attend our local Evangelical church. My father, Varazdat, committed suicide in 2009. My mother, Shoushik, is a school cleaner and partly supports us. She has high blood pressure. Our income is not enough to care for our needs. It includes salary and pension. I have 19-year-old twin sisters, Liana and Diana. Our guardian is our mother. We live in a rented apartment that has not been renovated. The furniture is old and worn out. The bathroom and toilet are semi-constructed. There is no gas, but we have water and electricity. (7-279; update)
