My Story

Tigran Avagian: I was born on November 15, 2011, in Kaluga. My hair and eyes are brown. I'm in 8th grade. My favorite school subjects are Russian, English, and Math. I attend our local Evangelical church and Sunday school youth group. I have a congenital disability and upper limb deficiency. My parents are divorced. My father, Karen, doesn't support us. My mother, Ophelia, is a housewife. She takes care of me and is my guardian. I have a brother, Styopa (15 years old), who lives with my father. My grandfather lives with us. Our income is not enough to care for our needs. It includes only my and my grandfather's pensions. We live at my grandmother's place. The house has three rooms and needs renovation. The furniture is old. Gas, water, and electricity are provided. The living conditions are satisfactory. In the winter, we heat the house with firewood. Using your assistance, we will buy food, clothes, and stationery. (9-145; update)

Note* Tigran is a calm and friendly boy who likes playing football. He enjoys riding his bicycle but is unable to do it properly because of the condition of his hands. Tigran dreams of having an electric bicycle. He likes being on his phone and watching interesting movies.
