My Story

(DC1-273; new) Alen S. was born on January 21st, in Yerevan town. His hair and eyes are dark brown. He is in the 2nd grade and his favorite subject is Mathematics. His father is a handicapped. Child's father was diagnosed with spinal cord compression, for which he receives drug treatment for a long time. His mother is a nurse. His guardians are his parents. Alen has two brothers: Edgar (13 years old) and Spartak (17 years old). Their family consists of 7 people. They live in a rented place because they do not have their own apartment. The apartment is in satisfactory communal living conditions. Bathroom and bath are partially tiled. The apartment has 3 rooms and the living space is not enough for the family members. The apartment has the necessary furniture and equipment. Child's parents can't follow up with his lessons and have low level of parental skills. Due to the above mentioned problems, the Day center professional team decided to enroll child in the program.

Remarks*    Alen is an active child. He has communication skills, but he often violates the rules of the center.
