My Story

Saro A.:     I was born on December 11th, in Yerevan. I live in Stepanavan, Lori region. I have brown eyes and hair. I am in 5th grade. My favorite subjects are the Russian, English, and Algebra. I attend our local ECA's Sunday School. I have Familial Mediterranean fever. My father died in 2017 from a stomach ulcer. My mother is unemployed. She is a housewife and takes care of us. She has bronchial asthma. I don't have any siblings. My grandmother, Hayastan, also lives with us. Our family income is not enough to care for our basic needs. It includes only my grandmother's pension, allowance, and unilateral orphanage pension. We live in my grandmother's 3-room apartment as we don't have a place of our own. One of the rooms is closed; we use only two rooms. The windows are very old and worn out. We live in socially bad conditions. We heat the house with electricity and hardly manage to heat one room.. Using your assistance we will care for our basic needs. (4-372)

Remark*           Saro is always smiling. He is a kind, happy, and curious boy. Saro is fond of dancing, singing, painting, and playing football. He wants to be like Ronaldo. Saro attends painting group classes and paints very beautiful pictures. He participated in a day camp last summer and wants to go again this year. He misses most excursions due to health reasons.
