Robert H.: I was born on July 15, in Gyumri. I am in 1st grade. My favorite school subject is the Armenian language. I have brown eyes and black hair. I am physically healthy but suffer from stress and neurosis on a psychological level. I attend our local Apostolic church and the "Crossing Roads" NGO. My father mostly does manual labor. It has been 3 years since he abandoned us. My mother is currently unemployed. She suffers from neurosis and stress. I have an 8-year-old brother, Rudik, and a 3-year-old sister, Maria. My brother, Rudik, has Down's syndrome and is non-verbal. He attends the "Emil's Sun" therapy center. We live with my maternal grandparents. My grandmother has undergone gastrointestinal (GI) surgery. Meanwhile, my grandfather has stomach issues and heart failure. Our family income is not sufficient to cover our basic needs; it includes a poverty allowance, my brother's childhood disability pension, child benefits for Maria, and my grandparents' pensions. We are staying at my maternal grandparents' stone house with 3 rooms and an old renovation. The wall paint has faded, while the wallpaper has grown moldy. The place is very damp. The kitchen and the bathroom are in a desolate state. The house is heated with firewood in an oven constructed by us with a rubber pipe. Basic utilities are provided. The furniture is old and worn out. We will use your assistance to care for our basic needs. (2-746; new)
