Milena A.: I was born on March 8th, in Gyumri. My hair and eyes are dark brown. I am in 3rd grade. I enjoy art, playing with dolls, and going on walks. I have thrombocytopenia. My father is unemployed. My mother is a housewife. She has high blood pressure and an issue with her veins. I have 2 sisters (Anahit - 11, Gayane - 10) and a brother (Grigor - 10). My mother is currently expecting her fifth child. Our family income is not sufficient to cover our needs; it only includes the money my father earned while working in Russia. Our family relocated to Russia after our house was destroyed. We later returned to Armenia so that my siblings and I could get a proper education. The municipality has provided us with a room in a former wooden dormitory building. (DC4-066; new)

Remark* Milena was not able to attend school first due to her health issues and later due to her family's move to Russia, as she could not speak any Russian. Milena is currently in 3rd grade. She is just starting to learn the letters. All of the above mentioned factors contribute to Milena feeling reserved and maintaining limited communication with her peers. She aspires to be a good student. MIlena shares a deep bond with her whole family. She enjoys art.
