My Story

Tamara T.: I was born on January 15th, in Gyumri. My hair is brown, while my eyes are dark brown. I am in 4th grade. I enjoy painting. I have severe congenital scoliosis. My father is unemployed. He struggles with alcohol dependence. My mother works in small-scale retail trade. My parents are my guardians. I have a 19-year-old brother, Suren, and a 15-year-old sister, Anna. We live in inadequate living conditions in a one-room apartment with not enough living space. Our family income is not enough to cover our needs; it includes state benefits, my mother's earnings, and my medical pension. We do not heat the apartment during the winter. (DC4-069; new)

Remark* Tamara is independent, talented, and clever. She enjoys being active. However, Tamar is a bit shy, experiencing difficulty interacting with her peers and becoming tense when communicating with adults. She greatly enjoys being part of the Shogh Day Center.
