My Story

Narek A.: I was born on July 27, in Stepanavan. My hair and eyes are brown. I am a 7th grader and I enjoy learning Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geometry, and Physical Education at school. I am completely healthy and I am part of the Sunday school club at our local Evangelical church. I live with my parents, a younger brother Davit who is 9-months old and my grandmother Karine who is 66-years old, my father is a guard and my mother takes care of all our family at home. She is my primary caregiver. Our family solely relies on my father's salary and my grandmother's pension which is not enough to cover our daily needs. The house where we live belongs to a relative but the place is old since the walls and the roof are cracked in some places which we have tried to repair with our own efforts. During rain, the roof leaks, making the house damp. The place is heated with a gas stove during winter season. Gas, water, and electricity are available. Some of the furniture is ours, while some of the things belong to the landlord. There is no bathroom in the house. (4-391; new)

Remark* Narek is calm and one of his good character traits is secrecy. Narek has one friend and is devoted to him. He loves to communicate with adults, help and learn from them. Narek does not like school, but he attends classes every day dutifully. In his free time, he writes, makes various figurines, mostly animals. Narek has a lot of contact with nature. He loves growing flowers and farming.
